also remove the nss-certs package from the config, as it is now
included in the %base-packages list.

thanks to change Id90e1e1ff399afe54fff68167f497f0484d2c218 being
merged into guix (d082573db1b86d922965dc746627bf0f0cc18af4), the
hikari package from upstream is no longer broken.

initial config, the system is now a mess with lots of old nix stuff
still hanging out on the disk.

Tbh not sure if I'll do much with this, but wanted to play around a
little with this again.
